文章摘要：此次金融危机给国际服务外包增长带来了一定的影响，但同时也推动了服务外包产业转移，加剧了接包国间的竞争，促进了法律流程外包等新业务的发展。当前中国承接服务外包面临一次重要的发展机会，借鉴印度等国发展经验，我们需要进一步做好拓展欧美市场、加大人才引进和培养、打造龙头企业、健全管理体制、完善商务环境等方面的工作。
