2024～2025年广东农业农村经济发展形势分析与预测

Abstract:Comprehensively deepening reform has injected strong impetus into the high-quality development of Guangdong’s agricultural and rural economy. The agricultural and rural economy in Guangdong has stepped to a higher level. The scale of the agricultural economy reached 920.209 billion yuan in 2023，ranking 5th in the country and 2nd among coastal provinces. In the first three quarters of 2024，it reached 0.68 trillion yuan，a year-on-year increase of 3.4%. From 2018 to 2023，the sown area and output of grain increased for six consecutive years，exceeding the national average requirement of constructing high-standard farmland. The disposable income of rural residents increased from 11067.8 yuan in 2013 to 26729 yuan in 2024，and the urban-rural income ratio narrowed to 2.31∶1 in 2024. However，the development of Guangdong’s agricultural and rural economy faces a series of challenges，such as ensuring the supply of agricultural products，innovation-driven development，unbalanced urban-rural common prosperity. This report suggests deepening the development of the “Project for the High-quality Development of Hundreds of Counties，Thousands of Towns and Tens of Thousands of Villages”，strictly adhering to the principle of “two bottom lines”，grasping the objectives of “three-aspects strengthenings”，and focusing on the “four key points” requirement to promote the high-quality development of Guangdong’s agricultural and rural economy.
