Abstract:The Yancheng Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government attach great importance to low-carbon green development，which has been established as a core strategy in the 14th Five-Year Plan，accompanied by detailed implementation plans. Yancheng has actively promoted the green and low-carbon transformation of energy，vigorously developed renewable energy sources，strictly controlled fossil fuel consumption，and comprehensively improved energy utilization efficiency. At the same time，Yancheng is also committed to advancing peak carbon emissions in key industries，constructing a green and low-carbon industrial system，piloting （near） zero-carbon industrial parks，and continuously enhancing the city’s green capabilities. Through a series of innovative measures，Yancheng has achieved remarkable results in green and low-carbon development，providing replicable and scalable experiences for the entire country.
