Abstract:The digital economy is one of the main battlefields for cultivating and developing new quality productive forces. In recent years，the Henan Provincial Party Committee and the Henan Provincial Government have thoroughly studied and implemented General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important expositions on developing the digital economy，comprehensively deployed and promoted the digital transformation strategy，consolidated digital infrastructure，strengthened the digital economy industries，enhanced the integrated application of the digital and the real economy，and promoted the digital economy to better empower high-quality development. This report uses tax big data to focus on analyzing the current development status and characteristics of the core industries of the digital economy in Henan Province，objectively summarizes the shortcomings that need to be addressed in building a digital-strong Henan Province. Combined with the “Work Plan for the Development of Henan Province’s Digital Economy in 2024”，it puts forward relevant suggestions for further expanding and strengthening the digital economy industries in Henan Province，including consolidating the industrial foundation，optimizing tax policies，improving the data governance mechanism，and innovating fiscal and tax tools，so as to promote the high-quality development of Henan’s digital economy.
