Abstract:As a landmark enterprise in China’s construction industry，China Railway Construction has demonstrated its strength and comprehensive experience in international layout and overseas investment and construction. Its successful practices in overseas markets have not only provided valuable references and a path of reliance for other Chinese enterprises globalization，but also set a model for international development. This report focuses on the globalization of China Railway Construction and evaluates its overseas strategy，which divided into four main parts. Firstly，it outlines the development history of China Railway Construction，including its milestones both domestically and internationally，as well as its current state of internationalization. Secondly，it deeply analyzes the key factors driving the international development of China Railway Construction from four dimensions：national strategy and vital opportunities，the advantages formed by the corporate in overseas strategy，corporate brand building，and system reform and innovation. The third part dissects the reasons behind China Railway Construction’s remarkable achievements in the internationalization process from three key points：the potential and opportunities of the international market，the deepening of state-owned enterprise management system reform，and alignment with the standards of world-leading enterprises. Finally，the report provides forward-looking prospects and suggestions for the future international development of China Railway Construction in terms of overseas political risks，legal protection systems，financial risks，and the development of overseas talent，aiming to help it continuously optimize and strengthen its global competitiveness.
