中国海洋数字经济发展现状与形势分析

Abstract:With the integration of new generation information technologies such as big data，artificial intelligence，and th Internet of Things，the development of China’s marine economy has shown a trend of technology driven，industrial integration，and rapid growth. However，it still faces challenges such as the lack of statistical classification standards and statistical data，which restrict the high-quality development of the marine digital economy. This report divides the marine digital economy and its core industries，measuring the level of development of the marine digital economy from the perspectives of development condition support，maturity of the marine industry，and integration between the digital economy and the marine industry. The ARMA model and grey prediction model are used for predictive analysis. Research has found that the development level of marine digital economy in the eastern marine economic circle is leading among the three major marine economic circles，with Guangdong，Shandong，and Jiangsu being the leaders of their respective marine economic circles and the top three among coastal provinces and cities；From 2024 to 2025，the level of development of the marine digital economy will maintain stable growth. To accelerate the development of the marine digital economy，policy recommendations are proposed from the aspects of establishing a classification and statistical system for the marine digital economy，promoting the digital transformation of the marine industry，and strengthening the construction of the marine digital supervision system，in order to promote efficient，coordinated，and sustainable development of the marine digital economy.
