2020年度县域数字乡村指数研究报告

Abstract:Deepening the research on the development level measurement and progress of county-level digital villages is of great significance for clarifying the latest trends in the development of county-level digital villages，clarifying the development direction and deficiencies，and optimizing the design of support policies. In this context，this report intends to expand the sample from the original 1880 counties（including county-level cities）to 2481 counties（That is，including 699 municipal districts with agricultural GDP accounting for more than 3% in 2019），to carry out an empirical evaluation of the digital rural development level of county-level administrative units nationwide in 2019 and 2020，and based on the overall index in 2019 and 2020 And the comparative analysis of sub-indices，systematically revealed the overall trend，main shortcomings and development potential of digital village development at this stage. This research is beneficial to provide an important reference for scholars in related fields to deeply discuss the progress，driving force，economic and social effects of digital transformation in my country’s agricultural and rural areas，and at the same time，it can help the state and local governments to improve the top-level design and implementation plan of digital rural development，and accelerate rural revitalization. Strategic implementation provides important reference.
