2022年北京市人工智能人才发展报告

Abstract:This paper analyzed the supply and demand data of artificial intelligence talents in Beijing in 2022. We found that the artificial intelligence talents of Beijing are predominantly male，and the professional backgrounds are in computer science and technology mostly，they are mainly from the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. Compared with developed countries，there is still a gap in the artificial intelligence talent gender structure of Beijing；the close relationship of industry-university-research needs to be further improved. We proposed to introduce advanced talents，improve the artificial intelligence talent gender structure；educate talents through industry-university-research collaboration and promote Beijing to be a highland of artificial intelligence talents.
