文章摘要:本报告对2022年深圳市人工智能人才供给和需求数据进行了深入分析。分析发现,深圳市人工智能人才男性多于女性,专业背景多为计算机科学与技术,主要来源于珠三角地区;深圳市人工智能人才培养力度需要进一步加强;人工智能高端人才较为缺乏。本报告据此建议加强本土人工智能人才的培养力度,同时引进高端人才,打造人工智能人才高地。

Abstract:This paper analyzed the supply and demand data of artificial intelligence talents of Shenzhen in 2022. Abstract:This paper analyzed the supply and demand data of artificial intelligence talents of Shenzhen in 2022. We found that the artificial intelligence talents of Shenzhen are predominantly male,and their professional backgrounds are computer science and technology mostly,they are mainly from the Pearl River Delta region,the cultivation of artificial intelligence talents needs to be further strengthened;advanced artificial intelligence talents are still lacking. We proposed that Shenzhen should strengthen the cultivation of local artificial intelligence talents;introduce advanced artificial intelligence talents and promote Shenzhen to be a highland of artificial intelligence talents.
