Abstract:New technologies such as artificial intelligence promote the innovative development of the financial industry,and talents are the key factor. This paper makes an in-depth analysis of the supply and demand of artificial intelligence talents in the financial industry. It is found that there are still some problems in the construction of artificial intelligence talent teams in the financial industry,such as the structural contradiction between talent supply and demand,the gap between talent training and actual demand,and the relevant talent evaluation standards that need to be improved. This paper puts forward that the top-level design should be strengthened and the construction of a talent team should be planned scientifically;the integration of industry,university,and research to promote talent training should be deepened furtherly;the human capital investment should be increased;the on-the-job talent training system needs to be improved;the talent evaluation standards need to be established and improved;the talent incentive mechanism should be enhanced.
