Abstract:The development of Artifical Intelligence （AI） accompanied that of computers has a long history. In recent years，AI has developed rapidly with the rise of the Internet and cloud computing. With the implementation of the national digital industrialization and industrial digitalization strategy，AI has shifted from its enlightenment stage into era 2.0. The internal mechanisms，related technologies，and algorithms of AI have undergone profound changes，which lead to profound changes in the structure of talents related to AI. Most predictions and analysis on future employment or alternative employment use estimated replacement rates，on the basis of industry development，technological innovation，or specific job segment. In contrast，subsequent to the analysis to the development and functional mechanism of AI，this paper analyzes the demand for AI talent in different industries，different cities，and different positions，based on the job demand information from the mainstream market recruitment websites. This paper also analyzes talent demands and market comittment salaries for 15 types of AI-related jobs and careers，inclusive of further analysis to the demands of 5 types of subdivided positions，based on the demand information from public recruitment websites.
