医院随访中的人工智能应用研究

Abstract:This report summarizes the application scenarios of artificial intelligence speech technology in hospital follow-up work through expert interviews and research analysis of different institutions. The current application status of artificial intelligence speech interaction technology is analyzed from the technical framework，application process，and technological maturity of artificial intelligence speech technology. Through in-depth analysis of the intelligent voice follow-up construction process of West China Hospital，and its effectiveness in improving patient satisfaction，improving the work efficiency of medical staff，optimizing medical resource allocation，and improving the management level of medical institutions. Through the detailed analysis of this case，it is possible to better understand the key elements and successful paths of the construction of the hospital’s intelligent voice follow-up system，providing guidance for the future development trend of combining medical health management with artificial intelligence.
