Abstract:A new round of Israel-Palestine conflict broke out on October 7，2023. In addition to triggering a large-scale military struggle in the Gaza Strip，this conflict also produced four spillover phenomena，namely，the first direct confrontation between Israel and Iran，the Ansar Allah attacking targets in the Red Sea，the escalating crossfire between Israel and Hezbollah on the Lebanese-Israeli border，and the shock to political reconciliation process in Syria and Yemen. This conflict has a significant impact on the political and security situation in the Middle East. First，the trend of relevant countries seeking development and easing still exists，but the confrontation among camps will disturb the stability of the Middle East for a long time；second，the Middle East regional economy has suffered，and some countries have prominent non-traditional security issues；third，the multipolarization trend of competition among powers outside the region is obvious，and the conflict further exacerbates differences between the United States and China.
