Abstract:With the acceleration of global integration and the advent of the digital age，Southeast Asian countries have risen and developed rapidly，and the pattern and development opportunities of the new Southeast Asian countries have been reshaped. At the same time，transnational criminal activities in Southeast Asia，mainly drug crimes and telecommunications network fraud crimes，have brought instability to the security of the region. The interweaving of organized crime with the production，manufacturing，smuggling and trafficking of drugs in Southeast Asia has made the situation of transnational drug crimes in Southeast Asia more complex and changeable. Affected by the complex influence of factors such as the unprecedented changes in the century and the century-old epidemic，the development trend of transnational drug crimes in Southeast Asia has brought major challenges to the anti-drug law enforcement departments of Southeast Asian countries in combating transnational drug crimes. Based on the analysis of the overall situation of transnational drug crimes in Southeast Asia，this article further clarifies the harm of transnational drug crimes in Southeast Asia，and deeply explores the development trend of transnational drug crimes in Southeast Asia，and finally proposes governance countermeasures for transnational drug crimes in Southeast Asia.
