金砖国家推动科技创新发展的政策动向分析——以巴西为例

Abstract:In 2023，Brazil is faced with a legacy of budget cuts from previous administrations，insufficient investment in science and technology to address Covid-19，and a lack of monitoring and research on climate change and biodiversity. Against this backdrop，the new Brazilian government plans to develop the National Strategy for Science，Technology，and Innovation （STI） by implementing a series of initiatives such as reinvigorating STI institutions，fostering the ecosystem of innovation and entrepreneurship，and developing the bio-economy and bio-energy，so as to strengthen the building of national STI systems and enhance its innovation performance. Also，the new Brazilian government will accelerate the country’s return to the global arena through strengthening international science and technology cooperation.
