金砖国家应对气候变化国际科技合作研究

Abstract:Climate change has had many adverse effects on the development of BRICS countries. Addressing climate change is a hot topic and an important cooperation area among BRICS. BRICS are committed to promoting the implementation of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change and the Paris Agreement，playing an active leading role in the multilateral process of climate change，making contributions to global low-carbon growth，climate resilience and sustainable development，and becoming a constructive force in promoting global climate governance. From a long-term view，BRICS should adhere to multilateralism，improve laws and regulations，cooperation and green development，build a new pattern of global environmental governance and help more developing countries to achieve green development and modernization while tackling climate change.
