文章摘要:埃及是首个与中国建交的阿拉伯国家和非洲国家,也是首批与中国签署“一带一路”合作协议的国家之一。从20世纪50年代算起,埃及的中文教学已有约70年的历史。2020年埃及正式将中文教育纳入国民教育体系,中文教育正式进入“从官方到民间、从高等到基础”的全面推进阶段。本文从埃及中文教育的供需关系入手,旨在对埃及中文教育供需发展状况及存在的问题进行分析,在此基础上,提出相应的对策。根据埃及在宏观层面的政策落地周期长、对中国依赖程度高等问题,应当充分考虑埃及国情实际,发挥中方资源、人力优势与中文教育引导作用,中埃合力助推师资队伍质量建设;充分利用现有条件,有序丰富中文教学资源;发挥高校带头效应,提高整体教学管理水平;加强孔院联动合作,突出孔院各自发展特色;探索华文教育规范化、本土中文机构正规化发展路径。

Abstract:Egypt is the first Arab and African country to establish diplomatic relations with China,one of the first countries to sign the “Belt and Road” cooperation agreement with China,and an important strategic partner of China in the “Belt and Road” cooperation initiative. Since the 1950s,Chinese teaching in Egypt has a history of 70 years. In 2020,after Egypt officially incorporated Chinese language education into the national education system,Chinese language education officially entered a comprehensive promotion stage “from official tograss rats and from higher education to basic education”. This report starts with the supply and demand relationship of Chinese education in Egypt,aiming to analyze the development status and existing problems of Chinese education supply and demand in Egypt,and based on this,propose corresponding countermeasures.The report believes that based on Egypt’s long-term policy implementation cycle and high dependence on China at the macro level,objective conditions such as Egypt’s actual national conditions and social development status should be fully considered,and the advantages of Chinese resources and manpower should be leveraged to guide Chinese education. China and Egypt should work together to promote the quality construction of the teaching staff;Fully utilize existing conditions and orderly enrich Chinese teaching resources;Give full play to the leading role of universities and improve the overall level of teaching management;Strengthen the linkage and cooperation between Confucius Institutes and highlight their respective development characteristics;Explore the development path of standardizing Chinese language education and standardizing local Chinese language institutions.
