欧洲数字孪生发展实践及启示（2024）

Abstract:Digital twin technology has become an important driver for digital transformation in many areas of ecology，cities and industry. Europe has made significant progress in the development of digital twin technology and regards it as a key tool for promoting green transformation and sustainable development of the economy. Through a series of programs and projects，the EU and some European countries have actively promoted the application of digital twin in the fields of transportation，ocean management，and urban governance. In this paper，we have sorted out the strategic planning and development measures of the European Union，the United Kingdom，Germany，and France in the field of digital twin，explored their progress in policy deployment，industrial layout，and technological research and development，and put forward suggestions for the future development of digital twin in China.
