Abstract:The international Chinese Education faces challenges,such as a wide range of dissemination,multiple countries and regions,and significant differences in demand,and these problems will continue to exist for a long time. Based on a review and analysis of the Chinese language communication situation in 168 countries,combined with case studies on some communication platforms and products,this study analyzed the current supply and demand trends,influencing factors,and urgent issues in the international dissemination of Chinese language.The survey indicates that the demand for improvement in economic capital,cultural capital,and social capital is the internal driving force for individuals to learn Chinese;The language policy of the destination country,especially its attitude towards Chinese language and its economic and trade relations with China,will have a direct impact on the country’s Chinese education. Additionally,the number of ethnic Chinese is also a significant influencing factor worth noting. The report suggests that the key to optimizing the Chinese international communication strategy lies in conducting audience research,ensuring on-demand supply,adapting to local conditions,individual differences,and individualized teaching,provide Chinese learning products that meet the audiences’ needs in appropriate ways and through effective channels. Starting from the research on the target audience and conducting research and supply of Chinese learning products is the logical mainline of formulating Chinese international communication strategies.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct a classification survey on the Chinese learning status of audiences from different countries,ages,professions,and levels of Chinese language proficiency,identify the main factors that affect the demand for Chinese language learning,and analyze the mechanisms of these factors to classify different types of audiences;Select representative international Chinese education platforms and products,conduct a detailed investigation into their dissemination effectiveness,audience evaluation,and summarize valuable experiences and practices for promotion;Sort out and analyze the Chinese education policies of governments and various schools in different countries,and will help explore the dissemination path of Chinese language and culture from the aspects of historical origins,social structure,economic development,international relations,and more.
