2022～2023年西班牙的难民治理

Abstract:In 2022-2023，as the epidemic situation gradually improved，the number of inegular immigrant applications in Spain began to rise again and even exceeded the pre-epidemic level. Moreover，the epidemic is a severe challenge and test for Spain’s refugee reception system. In the past two years，Spain’s refugee asylum system has experienced unprecedented changes. In order to deal with the changes caused by the epidemic，the Spanish government reformed their refugee asylum system between 2020 and 2021，but it was not enough，so in 2022，a decree was issued to further regulate and improve the refugee asylum system. This article presents and analyzes the refugee asylum system in Spain before and after the epidemic，and provides some suggestions for possible emergencies in the future.
