Abstract:In 2023，China made further breakthroughs in the technology of automated driving，together with national and local policies and regulations. The Ministry of Transport and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology promoted the realization and application process of automated driving in typical urban and intercity transport application scenarios through pilot demonstrations. The development of automated driving which has a broader and more abundant development space and power is bound to lead the digital，connected，and intelligent development of transportation system，overturn the entire transportation，carrier，and related industries，optimize the industrial pattern of national economy and society，and promote the development of social modernization.
