Abstract:There are many excellent urban cases in digital economic governance in China. The research group summarized the cases of four excellent cities，Shanghai，Hangzhou，Beijing and Guangzhou. Shanghai is a leading city in China in digital fine governance. It has a leading layout of digital infrastructure，adheres to the people-oriented digital technology development concept，formulates a fine urban digital economic governance plan，and creates a good digital economic governance environment. Hangzhou is a model for the integration of digital industrialization and industrial digitization. It attaches importance to promoting the construction of information infrastructure and urban computing nodes，creating digital industry clusters，promoting digital economy empowerment，and innovating digital governance mode. Beijing is a global benchmark city for digital economic governance，where the government strives to build a solid material foundation for the digital economy，focuses on the open sharing of data resources，empowers digital industrialization and industrial digitization，and innovates digital governance models. Guangzhou is a model city for digital governance，where the government vigorously promotes the construction of digital infrastructure，continuously improves the level of public data governance，promotes the construction of a smart city，and continuously improves the level of digital government services.
