文章摘要:对外文化贸易对于推进中国对外文化交流和社会经济发展具有重要作用,能够有效助力社会主义文化强国建设。近年来,中国积极鼓励重点文化企业参与国际竞争,推动数字化技术赋能文化产业发展,并不断扩大优质文化产品和服务的进出口贸易规模。目前中国对外文化贸易呈现贸易结构不断优化、贸易方式以一般贸易为主、各区域文化产品出口贸易分布仍然不均衡的特点。同时,随着“一带一路”倡议的不断推进,中国与共建“一带一路”国家之间的文化贸易日渐活跃。此外,在政策支持下,文化贸易平台建设也逐渐完善,数字文化贸易逐渐占据对外文化贸易重要地位。与此同时,中国对外文化贸易仍然存在着文化贸易领域的开放程度有待加深、文化贸易企业国际竞争力尚显不足、资本短缺与文化贸易企业融资困难并存等问题。为此,本报告从推动文化贸易市场开放、提升国际文化品牌影响力以及加强文化与金融合作等方面提出对策建议。

Abstract:Cultural trade plays an important role in promoting China’s cultural exchanges with foreign countries and social and economic development,and can effectively contribute to the construction of a socialist cultural power. In recent years,China has actively encouraged key cultural enterprises to participate in international competition,promoted the development of digital technology-enabled cultural industries,and continued to expand the development of import and export trade in high-quality cultural products and services. At present,China’s foreign cultural trade presents the characteristics of continuous optimization of trade structure,the mode of trade is dominated by general trade,and the distribution of export trade of cultural products in various regions is still unbalanced. At the same time,with the continuous promotion of the “Belt and Road” initiative,cultural trade between China and the countries co-built under the “Belt and Road” has become increasingly active. In addition,with the support of policies,the construction of cultural trade platforms has been gradually improved,and digital cultural trade has gradually occupied an important position in foreign cultural trade. At the same time,there are still problems such as insufficient openness in the field of cultural trade,weak international competitiveness of cultural trade enterprises,and the coexistence of capital shortage and financing difficulties of cultural trade enterprises. In this regard,this report puts forward countermeasure suggestions from the aspects of promoting the opening up of the cultural trade market,enhancing the influence of international cultural brands and strengthening the cooperation between culture and finance.
