The high-quality development of the port，the interconnection of the infrastructure and the optimized gathering of various factors，are conducive to fully releasing the internal and external potentials and playing a radiative driving role. To coordinate regional cooperation and development，actively link up international and domestic markets，promote the circulation of goods and trade，achieve mutual benefit and win-win results，and comprehensively upgrade the development level of the open economy，these will better integrate and serve the domestic and international double cycle.
