Abstract:In 2022，the world economic condition gradually recovered，and the net disbursements of ODA provided by the international community rebounded，increasing by 20.34% compared with that of 2021. Among them，the United States，Germany，France，Japan and Canada are the top five countries providing the most ODA to Africa. And the emerging donors and private foundations have also played an increasingly important role in helping African countries advance sustainable development. At the same time，China has supported Africa in various fields of modernization through assistance，and has achieved notable results. However，security risks in Africa are prominent in poverty-returning，and the economy shows a trend of growth but lack of stability while the international development competition is becoming increasingly complex，requiring that the international community promotes the global development governance agenda with greater determination and jointly drives the modernization process of Africa，in order to accelerate the implementation of the 2030 Sustainable Development Goals.
