基于熵权TOPSIS法的非洲创新驱动高质量发展分析

Abstract:The entropy TOPSIS method is a research method that combines two methods，the entropy method and the TOPSIS method，firstly using the entropy method to derive new data，and then utilizing the new data to conduct TOPSIS method research and select the optimal solution. The analysis of the innovation-driven high-quality development of Africa can use the entropy TOPSIS method to calculate and analyze the innovation capacity，the level of high-quality development，and the coordination between the two in 54 independent countries in Africa through the evaluation and analysis of 10 innovation capacity indicators and 40 high-quality development evaluation indicators of the World Bank during 2009-2019. By analyzing the interaction between the two systems of innovation-driven and high-quality economic development，the importance of innovation capacity to high-quality development is highlighted. On this basis，the followingcountermeasures are suggested for achieving high-quality development in Africa：strengthening the top-level design for innovation-driven high-quality development，improving the mechanism for nurturing innovative talents，accelerating the market-oriented allocation of innovation factors，and optimizing the allocation of financial capital for innovation development in African countries.
