世界主要国家量子技术发展对比研究

Abstract:Since 2020，quantum technology（QT）has been a hot topic around the world，and it will become the engine of technological development in the coming decades. Whichever country prioritizes the use of QT in technology development and application will win global technological leadership in the fields of national security，digital economy，and defense industry. Now the competition of the “Second Quantum Revolution” has entered a critical stage. The governments of the United States，Canada，Japan and other major countries have proposed QT development strategies and massive investments to promote the development of QT. China has also introduced a series of measures to enhance its QT strategy and industrial layout. However，there are still disadvantages in strategic plan，personnel training，etc. Through a comparative study of the development of QT in major countries of the world，the paper proposes suggestions for the future development of China’s QT.
