RECP框架下北京与东盟高水平交流合作的机遇与实践

Abstract:With the continuous progress of China-ASEAN Comprehensive Strategic Partnership，high-quality Belt and Road cooperation and China-ASEAN community with a shared future，China and ASEAN have more relevant interests，connectivity in infrastructure，economic and trade cooperation，people-to-people exchanges and other aspects has been deepening. The policy dividends and regional market potential of Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership（RCEP）have been continuously released，and the international industrial and supply chains have become closely connected. The full implementation of RCEP creates favorable conditions for countries in the region to strengthen cooperation，complement each other’s strengths and share development opportunities. As an open，inclusive and dynamic modern international city，Beijing should base on the unique location advantages and fully seize the new opportunities of RCEP，and expand cooperation in areas like digital economy，industrial integration and people-to-people exchanges in the building of Four Centers and Two Zones，in order to raise the level of cooperation with ASEAN and make new and greater achievements in jointly building the China-ASEAN community with a shared future and the high-quality development of the Belt and Road Initiative.
