Abstract:With the rapid development of technology and the promotion of digital transformation，digital empowerment has become an important force in promoting the high-quality development of the health service industry. The health service industry is facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges. How to effectively utilize digital technology and intelligent means to promote the high-quality development of the health service industry has become a focus of attention both inside and outside the industry. This report provides an in-depth analysis of the application of digital technology in the health service industry，as well as how to achieve industry optimization，upgrading，and sustainable development through personalized services，intelligent management，and cross-border integration and innovation. However，the development of digital intelligence empowering the health service industry has also brought some challenges，such as data security and privacy protection，technological updates and iterations，and talent shortages. To overcome these challenges，we suggest that the government，enterprises，and all sectors of society strengthen cooperation，establish sound data security protection mechanisms，strengthen investment in technology research and innovation，and cultivate and introduce professional talents.
