中以创新合作现状及展望（2022～2023）——基于政策评估的国别分析视角

Abstract:Under the framework of the China-Israel Joint Committee on Innovation Cooperation，the comprehensive partnership on innovation between the two countries has been developing steadily，covering many fields such as science and technology，economy and trade，health，agriculture，education，intellectual property，environmental protection and transportation. This paper reviews the history of the establishment of the mechanism of China-Israel Joint Committee on Innovation Cooperation，analyzes the key areas of cooperation based on the content of public reports and data information of the two countries，and constructs the evaluation method and indicator framework of China-Israel innovation cooperation from the perspective of science and technology evaluation and analysis，and provides the relevant indicator data sources. The progress of innovation cooperation in various fields in 2022-2023 is analyzed in details. At last，the paper deeply analyzes the situation，problems and challenges of China-Israel innovation cooperation，and puts forward relevant suggestions to provide reference for other researchers in the field of China-Israel innovation cooperation.
