Abstract:Whether the market access mechanism is reasonable or not has an important impact on economic development，and the degree of tightness of the system is directly related to the cost and difficulty of undertakings to enter the market. Based on the new evaluation points in the B-READY，this chapter evaluates the government’s service level in market access services from three aspects：quality of market access rules，online market access services，and market access efficiency. After evaluation，negative list system for market access，credit commitment system，environmental licensing regulations and other systems have been further optimized，and specific policies have been introduced in response to the hidden barriers in the market found in the evaluation last year. In general，China’s market access mechanism has been further improved，and the business environment has been further optimized.
