巴布亚新几内亚教育均衡发展政策分析

Abstract:Papua New Guinea is the first Pacific country to join the “Belt and Road” initiative. From the perspective of balanced development of education，this paper analyzes Papua New Guinea’s policies to promote balanced development of education from three aspects—educational starting point，educational process and educational results. Although successive PNG governments have issued a series of education policies to promote their citizens to enjoy fair，balanced and high-quality education，Papua New Guinea still has the problem of unbalanced education development due to historical and national conditions.
