Abstract:The 20th National Congress of the CPC proposed to speed up the construction of a maritime power，which requires further use of comprehensive maritime advantages and maximize the protection of national interests. At the legal level，with the further interpretation and improvement of the relevant contents after the promulgation of the Coast Guard Law of the People’s Republic of China，the legal guarantee of maritime law enforcement activities has been further strengthened. At the practical level，in accordance with the Coast Guard Law and other laws and regulations，the China Sea Police Bureau has organized several special law enforcement actions to resolutely curb maritime violations and effectively safeguard China’s maritime rights and interests. At the conceptual level，the China Sea Police actively participates in regional and international maritime law enforcement cooperation，and promotes the wide dissemination of the concept of a maritime community with a shared future. At present，China’s Marine law enforcement and Marine rights and interests are focusing on the prominent problems of Marine pollution and ecological damage，and the trend of accurate and collaborative Marine comprehensive management. At the same time，in view of the current system is not clear enough and the coast guard law enforcement ability is insufficient，China should continue to promote the construction of Marine legal system and system，and further promote the construction of a competent coast guard team.
