2022年中国海洋管理发展报告

Abstract:China’s pivotal year to begin building a modern socialist nation and move closer to the second centennial aim is 2022. This year marks the 20th National Congress of the Chinese Communist Party. Over the course of the last year，China has carried out surveys of its marine resources，spread knowledge of marine culture，developed a modern marine industry system，enhanced the enforcement of its marine laws，and encouraged the depth of scholarly research. It has also accelerated the development of blue carbon. The three main trends that China’s marine management work will exhibit in the future are as follows：the marine economy will stick to the main tone of “steady growth，” strengthen marine science and education，and aggressively cultivate high-level scientific and technological talents；the marine sector will pay more attention to the harmony between man and sea and build a beautiful ocean of harmonious coexistence between man and nature. Future developments in marine science and technology，deep-sea scientific research expansion，and the emergency management of marine disasters must all be prioritized. Additionally，the comprehensive management of sea areas must be strengthened.
