我国跨境电商与服务贸易融合发展模式及策略

Abstract:Cross-border e-commerce and service trade are interdependent and mutually promotional. Cross-border e-commerce can expand the scale of service trade，optimize the structure of service trade，and improve the efficiency of service trade. Service trade also supports the operation of cross-border e-commerce，expands the trade types of cross-border e-commerce，and improves the value of products. At present，the integration of cross-border e-commerce and service trade is accelerating，presenting five typical models such as embedding model，service-oriented transformation，assistance model，multinational model，and platform integration model. In general，the integration of cross-border e-commerce and service trade is still at the fundamental level in China，facing challenges such as insufficient application scale，numerous rule constraints，and trade protectionism suppression. Therefore，it should explore the integrated development path from its own perspective. Enterprises should enhance the value of their products and services，creating a global independent brand. The offshore platform should build a localized ecosystem and export Chinese technology models. The industry should formulate the plans of the trade integration to enhance the competitiveness of digital trade. The government should participate in the rule making of global digital trade and promote the construction of “Silk Road E-Commerce” actively.
