To achieveinclusive and sustainablegrowth，Austin tries to strengthen urban governance，explore distinctive development paths and innovative solutions from six aspects：optimizing the business environment，enhancing the competitive advantage of talents，addressing key challenges，achieving diversity and inclusiveness，prioritizing infrastructure and enhancing climate resilience. Austin’s quest could be a useful reference for many fast-growing emerging cities in China. Austin’s experiences are useful references for many Chinese fast-growing emerging cities，with more emphasis on tapping into the city’s cultural heritage to enhance its influence，make cities more inclusive and livable，and accelerate green and low-carbon development.
