Abstract:The historical and cultural relationship between Türkiye and Central Asia has a long history. After the independence of Central Asian countries，Türkiye has always regarded Central Asia as the focus of its foreign policy. Based on the complexity of the world structure，the globalization of security issues，the sharpening of economic issues，the close interweaving of internal and external factors，the evolution of the international environment over time，and the demands of self-interest as its premise，Türkiye has been constantly adjusting its foreign policy and its relations with Central Asian Countries. There are many historical imprints or mirrored reappearances in its policy. In recent years，Türkiye has proposed the “Intermediate Corridor Plan”，which aims to connect with China’s “Belt & Road”. The Central Asia is a key section of the plan. Since 2018，the “Turkic World Integration” project led by Türkiye and Central Asian countries has been further promoted. Many of these issues are concerned with our country’s stability，good-neighborliness，and prosperity，so they deserve the academic attention and the in-depth discussion.
