浙江省海洋经济高质量发展研究

Abstract:The high-quality development of marine economy in Zhejiang province is not only of great significance to the economic development of Zhejiang province，but also has an important impact on the whole country. Based on the five development concepts，this paper defines the high-quality development of marine economy，establishes the indicator system of high-quality development of marine economy in Zhejiang province，and analyzes the changes of the quality of marine economic development in Zhejiang province in the 11 years of 2008-2018 by using the entropy method. The conclusion is that the factors that determine the quality of marine economic development are the ecological environment，the level of science and technology，and the people’s livelihood welfare，industrial status and openness. Therefore，the countermeasures and suggestions for the high-quality development of marine economy in Zhejiang province are put forward. The research results can provide intellectual support for the high-quality development of marine economy in Zhejiang province and provide reference for future research.
