Abstract:COVID-19 has been triggering on severe problems of global public health and economy，making far-reaching effects on the economic development of certain regions. The implement of largely restrictive measures exerts negative influences in all Central Asian countries on the investment，foreign trade and serviece industry，especially catering business and tourism. In the aspect of ensuring the essential resources and income for the citizens，Central Aisan countries have been making great efforts to avoid failure，but they are also facing a situation——they are bound to make some relevant strategies and plans，such as changing the modes of economic development and management，developing the relationships with trade partners，deepening regional integration and cooperation，and guaranteeing the high-quality development of human resources.
