文章摘要：在法国政府通过“卓越大学计划”推动公立高校重组，并加强与科研机构的集群式合作背景下，巴黎文理研究大学作为重组后的高校在全球大学排名中表现出较强的竞争力。巴黎文理研究大学由成员机构、准成员机构、部分国家级研究机构组成，加上10个合作伙伴，形成圈层式、多主体融合的格局。在巴黎文理研究大学框架内，通过战略协同、组织建设、职权划分与授予、经费协同，实现了机构间全面协同。
