Abstract:With accelerated digital transformation of the economy and society，digital infrastructure，as the underlying support to the digital economy，has become a basic element in production and people’s daily life，just like traditional infrastructure such as utility facilities and roads，whose importance has been globally recognized. At present，countries all attach great importance to the development of digital infrastructure. As a result，the world has been further interconnected with better quality and faster growth，the computing infrastructure goes into a new round of development，and new breakthroughs have been achieved continuously in satellite Internet. At the same time，however，there’re also such problems as prominent digital divide and the urgent need to improve computing energy efficiency，posing higher requirements and challenges for countries around the world.
