2010年韩国三大报纸涉华评论分析

Abstract:Over the recent years，contacts and exchanges between the two peoples have been on the rise.Meanwhile，however，accumulated misunderstandings and frictions have also been felt，and a bent of unfriendliness has been rising on the part of the RK’s people，whose knowledge of China comes mainly from their major media，including the three leading newspapers，namely，the Chosun Ilbo，the JoongAng Ilbo and the Dong-A Ilbo.The analysis shows clearly that while a considerable amount of China-related publications had appeared in the RK on various topics，it has been noticed that negative comments had outnumbered positive ones.Those were positive on China’s economy，education and technological development，but were largely negative in China’s foreign policies.Such attitude would not facilitate true knowledge of China，nor would it be helpful to the advancement of friendship between the two nations.It is the RK’s lack of knowledge and trust in China that has caused such phenomenon.To mediate an appropriate understanding and to promote the bilateral relationship，it is hoped that media of both countries avoid emotionalized reports and encourage more actual and objective ones on each other on the basis of mutual understanding.
