“日本国民所得倍增计划”的经验及启示

Abstract:After Japan implemented the “National Income Doubling Plan” in 1960，it accelerated the economic takeoff and promoted profound social changes. The Chinese and Japanese academic circles have conducted in-depth research on the social and economic contradictions，related countermeasures，and consequences brought about by the implementation of the plan. This article takes the main “Economic White Paper” from the post-war Japanese economic recovery and rapid growth，as well as the transitional period （1946-1979），as the starting point to explore the internal relationship between laws，policies，and plans，and analyzes the key points of implementing Japan’s “National Income Doubling Plan”. Furthermore，it is believed that the “double increase in income” is linked to the national economic development model. This plan recognizes that economic takeoff will also bring new social problems or even worsen existing social problems. It pays attention to the negative impact of the implementation of the plan and proposes corresponding solutions.
