2023年中国国家文化大数据工程的进展与成效研究

Abstract:At the new starting point，China is in the transition stage of upgrading from cultural digitalization to cultural data.The structural reform of cultural industry continues to deepen，the new form of cultural digitalization develops vigorously，the service capability of cultural digitalization constantly improves，the construction of cultural big data system makes progress，the value of cultural big data is gradually released，and the Chinese culture database takes initial shape.The system and mechanism for the development of culture and science have been gradually improved.However，the construction of cultural big data project is slow，and big data collection and association need to be solved urgently.Absence of funds for national project construction and lack of motivation for institutional construction；The shortage of engineering construction talent reserve and other problems are more prominent，but also facing the pressure of international competition.It is suggested to establish a unified coordination mechanism to accelerate the construction of industrial standards；Start-up capital support and guarantee to speed up industrial restructuring；To strengthen the construction of the “Digital Silk Road” and release the value of cultural big data；Participate in the formulation of international cultural big data rules，promote the development of China’s cultural big data trade and accelerate the improvement of the national cultural big data system.Promoting the construction of national cultural big data project is of great significance to the process of Chinese modernization
