粤港澳大湾区的数字经济发展研究

Abstract:This report discusses the overall situation of the development of digital economy in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area from 2011 to 2019，analyzes the existing problems in the development of digital economy in the Greater Bay Area and puts forward suggestions. The research method is based on the relevant data of digital infrastructure construction，digital industrialization and industrial digitalization in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area from 2011 to 2019. The entropy method is used to calculate the digital economic development comprehensive index of nine PRD cities，and the text mining analysis method is used to measure the micro-level enterprise digital transformation index. Combined with the relevant comparable data of Hong Kong and Macao，it is found that the development level of digital economy in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area continues to improve and shows a trend of accelerating growth. On the basis of data analysis，this report further sorted out the problems hindering the development of digital economy in the Greater Bay Area，which are mainly reflected in the uncoordinated development of regional digital economy，digital talent gap，insufficient use of data value，regional “data islands” and low efficiency of digital technology transformation in enterprises. Therefore，the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area can be optimized from five aspects：strengthening digital infrastructure，cultivating and introducing digital talents，reducing barriers to the circulation of data elements，building digital innovation ecosystem，and increasing special financial support，so as to improve the overall development level of the digital economy in the Greater Bay Area.
