服务贸易创新发展最佳实践案例的分析

Abstract:This paper analyzes the best practice group of innovative development of service trade issued by the State Council of PRC，with a total of 4 batches of 73 cases. The study found that the characteristics of the case group are as follow：1）A wide range of providing units，both “common” achievements and differentiated achievements；2）It covers 6 types of reform，including 25 cases of “promotion mechanism”，accounting for more than 1/3；3）The industry is widely distributed and can be divided into 17 industries. There are 15 cases of financial services，accounting for nearly 1/5；4）About 40% of the cases are “directly related” to the mode of service trade，and about 60% of the cases are “laying a solid foundation”；5）The practical effect of the case is “industry effect” and “spillover effect”. The author suggests that the next reform exploration and case summary should be carried out in the fields of high-level opening-up，differentiation exploration，enterprise innovation cases，system integration innovation.
