浅析RCEP对中国软件出口的影响

Abstract:In recent years，China’s software exports have continued to rise，and the operating conditions have been continuously improved. The structure of China’s software export products has been continuously optimized，and the export quality has been continuously improved. Its position in the global software value chain is gradually shifting to a higher level，and it has become an important pillar industry of China’s digital service trade. In the future，with the formal entry into force of the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership（RCEP），China’s software exports will rise to a new level. The RCEP puts forward higher-level requirements in terms of service trade，intellectual property rights，and e-commerce，and provides new development opportunities for our country’s software export to bring greater market space. The article will first describe and analyze the current situation，main features and influencing factors of our country’s software export，and then discuss the impact of the RCEP agreement on China’s software export after the entry into force，and finally put forward corresponding strategies.
