Abstract:The changing international economic and trade order and how China deals with the increasing legal risks are the themes of the 2021 China International Economic Law Research.The COVID-19 pandemic，economic frictions and economic sanctions from the US and Europe continue to impact the existing international economic and trade rules，highlighting the need to reform the international economic order and carry out new cooperation under the Belt and Road Initiative.The establishment of China’s anti-sanctions legal system and the negotiation of the EU-China Comprehensive Agreement on Investment demonstrate China’s determination to coordinate the rule of law at home and abroad and take the initiative to participate in international economic and trade cooperation.The concentrated discussion on the above issues constitutes an important feature of the study of International economic law in China in 2021.In the process of rebalancing the system of international economic and trade rules，how to deeply grasp the trend of rules，carry out theoretical innovation and guide the relevant practice still needs the unremitting efforts of China’s international economic law scholars.
