Abstract:The year 2021 marks the centenary of the founding of the Communist Party of China，the 50th anniversary of the restoration of the PRC’S lawful seat in the United Nations，and the 20th anniversary of China’s accession to the WTO.At the global level，the COVID-19 pandemic is continuously wreaking havoc，the world economy is recovering arduously，and unilateralism is rising rampantly.China firmly uphold the UN-centered international system，the international order underpinned by international law，to be a true follower of multilateralism，and stay actively engaged in reforming and developing the global governance，at the same time，actively participate in the construction and practice of the international rule of law.Looking to the future，China will continue to adhere to the path of peaceful development and cooperation for win-win results，contributing Chinese power to the development of the international rule of law.
