Abstract:The management of global supply chain has always taken the notion of optimal allocation of resources，and used the basic principle of management of minimize the comprehensive cost. However，the difficulties and challenges of cross-border e-commerce supply chain make the rethink with the basic management principle of global supply chain in the post epidemic era. The digital economy of new infrastructure construction represented by big data，cloud computing，5G and artificial intelligence provides the solution for the challenges and difficulties encountered by cross-border e-commerce supply and achieving high-quality development of cross-border e-commerce. This report stated that cross-border e-commerce is the development and extension of e-commerce and international trade in the digital economy. At present，e-commerce has entered a new stage of the development. It is necessary to enable cross-border e-commerce supply chain through digitization. And it put forward the digitized path selection of cross-border e-commerce supply chain. That is the extension of chain value and the promotion of node value. The report also takes the cross-border e-commerce supply chain of Songmics Home as an example to analyze the digitization experiences of the cross-border e-commerce supply chain，and puts forward strategic suggestions.
